New Shopper Registration

Programmer's Paradise welcomes visitors to shop around our online store,
but before a first time shopper can submit an order, they are required to fill
out a new shopper registration. This ensures that we have all of the information
necessary to completely process your order and know who to contact in regards to
your shipment.
|
|
It is not necessary to register prior to placing an actual order.
When you reach the point of the ordering process which requires you to log in,
simply follow the instructions for new shoppers, submitting only your e-mail address.
Our system will verify that you do not already have an open account and then forward you
to a secure registration page where it will take a few minutes of your time to fill out
your personal information and become familiar with some of the other services we offer.
As soon as you have completed this process, you will be automatically redirected back
to your shopping cart to complete your order.

As simple as that, you are then a registered shopper!

Requesting your password
|

If at any time you return to our store and cannot remember your password to
access your account information or submit an order, we make requesting your
password simple.
|
|
Go to the My Paradise Account link at the top right of the page and click
the 'Forgot your password' link.
|
|
You will be asked to provide either your e-mail address or user name and
our system will send your password directly to your e-mail address that
is assigned to your account within seconds!
|
|
Passwords may also be changed at any time by accessing the
My Paradise Account section of the site.

Updating Account Information
|
|
New home? Name change? Relocation?
|
|
Whatever the reason may be, at Programmer's Paradise
we are aware that personal information can change quite frequently.
|
|
If any of the information we have for your account has changed, you may access
your personal account information online at any time to update your records.
Go to the My Paradise Account link at the top right of the page and click either
Change Account, Update Billing Address, Shipping Address Book, or etc.

|
Account information may be updated as frequently as necessary.
It's with great pleasure that we are able to provide our customers the ability
to control their own accounts!
